Title - HR Business Systems Analyst

Require a minimum of 5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM application

FULLTIME ROLE

Summary: Under limited supervision, analyzes, evaluates, audits, designs and maintains data on HRIS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Conducts audits on a regular basis to ensure accurate data is maintained and processes are followed.

Identifies HR needs and determines system changes or implementations that may be required.

Creates specifications for changes to system and works with appropriate technical staff or outside sources to ensure changes are performed correctly.

Plays key role in and conducts testing for conversions, implementations and updates.

Corrects data as required; prevents negative impact on system.

Writes routine, compliance, and ad hoc data reports.

Trains personnel in data entry, processes and reporting.

Manages automated Open Enrollment process.

Assists with interfaces between Company and vendors.

Some travel may be required.

Skills

PeopleSoft 8.9 or greater

Proficient in PS Query tool.

Knowledge of Code HR, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition Management is preferred

Knowledge of sql a plus
