This is Guru from LoginSoft Consulting LLC,  We have an urgent requirement with one of our direct clients.


System Admin
Location: Knoxville, TN
Duration: 6+months


    Install, configure and support multi-tiered systems applications. Tune and customize operating systems (Linux, Windows, VMware) to support specific applications for best performance. Perform root cause analysis of reoccurring application and system issues. Develop custom scripts using Perl, Python or other scripting languages to support system & applications. Identify needs and develop technical standards following best practices & how they can be best applied in the environment. Implement enterprise level monitoring for internally & externally hosted services. Review performance of the infrastructure, perform trending analysis & make recommendations to address capacity needs. Participate in system architectural design, procurement & sizing. Perform in a technical and/or team lead role. Lead presentations to technical audiences. Perform hw & sw upgrades, OS patching & server resources management. Implement & verify security settings that meet best practices & SOX guidelines. Support 2nd tier service desk incident management. Provide 24/7 support in an on-call rotation. Perform other duties as needed/directed by supervisor.
