Technical:
- Must have built solutions in SharePoint 2010 sandbox environment using external content lists.
- Experience in designing workflows, user data entry screens, business processes, business intelligence and dashboards.
- Experience defining a data model in an external data source, such as a relational database, and then create a set of external content types to expose the data to SharePoint through the Business Connectivity Services (BCS) component.
- Knowledge and proven experience in Database Design and Normalization. Designed and created Database Tables, Stored Procedures, Triggers.
- Experience in using SSRS to generate sophisticated reports
Non-Technical:
- Excellent team player and team builder
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
- Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
