SAP SD Consultant
6+ Month Contract

Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to assist with all aspects of the sales management process from an IT perspective including content strategy, strategic roadmaps and integration across the organization around technologies/tools/platforms in an effort to align common approach and appropriate solution.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into sales management initiatives.
· Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships & configurations to sustain operations; this entails working with end-users and business partners to assess and match requirements to objectives and guide them to applicable processes and solutions to fulfill business goals.
· Align business processes across business units & geographies.
· Develop solutions to complex problems. Communicate across functional areas & partners, and define business requirements related to systems & technology.
· Facilitate process development and improvement activities.
· Ensure proper validation documentation is created for all projects (i.e., System Compliance Methodology (MSCM)).
· Leads small to major projects associated with the support and use of business applications within the organization. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
· Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied.
· Ensure that systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices.
· Understands Global IT Demand process and works with team to successfully move projects through the process.
· Communicate program vision to project teams and key business stakeholders. Ensure continued business sponsorship, engagement, and commitment.
· Support will include, 3rd level support of:
· Timely resolution of problems; consulting; and technical expertise
· SAP ECC
· Other related duties as assigned.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS REQUIRED (Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP ECC and the SD Module/Sales Order Management)
· Experience with SAP ECC and Sales Management (SD Module) configuration, implementations, and integrations.
· Experience with SAP Billing processes and functionality.
· Experience with SAP ECC and CRM platform, strategies, best practices
· Experience in driving initiatives within an organization, based on input from cross-functional teams.
· Experience in business process definition, requirements definition, technology solution research, and design specification
· Experience creating system concept/feasibility and cost-benefit documentation.
· Experience and understanding of enterprise architecture and end to end capabilities from a sales order management perspective.
