Here are the requirement details

Position:               Sr. Java Developer

Location:              Ft. Collins, CO

Length:                 24 months w/option for additional time

Start Date:           ASAP

Ø   Prefer US CITIZENS – Will take HIB or Green cards.

Ø  Must be able to obtain a Base level clearance- Public Trust Clearance.

Ø  Will take approximately 3 weeks to process once offered job.

 

Overview:

The Java lead Developer will be responsible for the development & design of web services components for cross-application solutions. The Consultant will develop code using BPM systems including front-end methodologies like AJAX, JavaScript, CSS.

 

Requirements:

1.       5-7+ years Leading or Significant hands-on experience writing, debugging, testing, and documenting Java Web Applications.

2.       Experience in full software development life cycle development (requirements gathering through development and test to maintenance)

3.       Demonstrated experience developing Java Web applications (Servlets, JSP, JDBC/SQL, Web Services, JSF or other web frameworks, Applets)

a.        Experience with Web and EJB containers deployed on different JVMs

b.       Experience with SQL, RDBMS (preferably SQL Server), and database principles

c.        Perform testing on developed code (initial and regression)

d.       Coordinate and prioritize application modifications and bug fixes

e.        Participate and contribute to a team approach to software development and problem solving using Agile/Scrum practices

4.       Familiarity with a variety of open source tools and libraries (Ant, Eclipse, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss, JUnit, Subversion, etc.)

5.       Comfortable in Agile Development Methodology, especially Scrum

6.       Knowledge/experience working with Pegasystems Pega BPM

7.       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to writes, edits, and rewrites technical documentations.

8.       Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

9.       Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator

10.    Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
