Project Description:
We are looking for a technical, highly-motivated, extremely organized driver to lead a team of IT resources in the successful development and integration of a multi-channel application. This resource should be creative, resourceful, experienced in Agile, and have lead programs/projects with multiple system integrations both internally in the company as well as externally with multiple vendors.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities that the resource will be responsible for:
• Gather carrier feedback and understand their needs and timelines
• Communicate carrier needs and timelines across Best Buy Mobile
• Pull necessary teams together to communicate carrier changes to analyze impacts
• Build and develop on-going working relationships with external integration partners and various Best Buy business partners.
• Escalate delays and missed expectations as needed in a prompt manor
• Engage in day-to-day IT operations between Best Buy Mobile IT and mobile carrier teams.
• Facilitate and triage escalations from carriers as needed
• Evening and weekend work may be required
Skills Overview:

• Experience escalating and coordination multiple activates as once and drive to prompt closure
• Experience working across a variety of Software Development Life Cycle development methodologies

• 5+ years working in a Technical Account Management, Project Management or like role
• Experience working with teams on-shore and off-shore – Nice to have
