Job Description:

· As part of the Payroll IT Systems Team, will serve as the principle PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for Payroll system changes.

· Will work with end users and team members to fully understand and document requirements.

· Will then identify solution options within the PeopleSoft product that meets requirements in the most efficient manner.

· Will be the PeopleSoft Payroll subject matter expert on the overall team, which includes both development and support tasks.

· The successful candidate should have 7+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll functional experience with working knowledge of Version 9.0.

· Familiarity with People Tools (at least version 8.49.19) is needed.

· Ability to define and document end user requirements.

· Highly skilled in understanding core PeopleSoft Payroll regarding capabilities, configuration settings, and available options to address requirements.

· Must be self-motivated and capable of working with end-users, project and support team members, and vendors.

· Must be able to identify viable solutions and provide gross-level estimates.

· Experienced in developing and documenting business processes and procedures and test cases.

· Manage Afaria MDM

o Create scripts to automate defined processes

o Maintain configuration policies

o Develop and maintain Wi-Fi configuration "push" settings

o Create and maintain device registration codes

· Develop upgrade packages for SMART software and assist with deployment

· Management of network in support of iPad initiative

o Assist with monitoring wireless network and diagnosing problems with wireless devices

o Assist with monitoring NAC application

o Assist with management of PacketShaper

· Serve as liaison with instructional coordinators, educational technology staff, and information technology staff

· Provide excellent customer service.

Education:

Associates degree in Networking Technology or related field and two additional years of related experience in network technology

Experience & Training:

Two years' experience in network management.

Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining a wireless network required

Broad understanding of wide area network basics to include metro-Ethernet and MPLS

Experience with MDM products in an enterprise environment a plus

Licensing/Certification:

Valid Driver's License Required

Apple, Microsoft, Novell, Linux, and/or Cisco Certification a plus
