The BA will be part of the CRM Team. The candidate will be more business and less technical. Strong skill set on the BA side and work with the business to help uncover the needs and help with the BAU work. NOT a Developer. The Business side works very close with the IT team.

Required/Desired Skills:

• Manage the CRM backlog and move small enhancement requests forward with the business as appropriate.

• Work with Business Analysts by providing support to project initiatives as required.

• Interviews SME's and business managers concerning their business processes, products, procedures and goals and works with them to identify and document business requirements for complex business issues.

• Offers recommendations on how to address complex issues, considering technical and business process impacts.

• Communicates with users on system status, including system changes, problems, enhancements and potential impacts.

• Develop and maintain a data management plan designed to ensure information is accurate and reportable based on business needs.

• Work with the business to help develop and/or maintain existing dashboards and reports.

• Leads group discussions such as demos, user meetings, project team meetings, feedback sessions, focus groups and orientations. Participates in and may lead sponsor and stakeholder meetings.

• Knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com required. JIRA experience preferred.

• Manage backlog of tasks within Salesforce.com, assist team on projects, run/pull reports from Salesforce.com, etc.

• Bachelor degree in related field is preferred.

The .NET Developer at Ditech is responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining applications to support loan servicing on MSP. This role has the opportunity to work with a variety of personnel to create, test and deploy technical solutions in support of our business.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (essential job functions)

1. Work with Business Analysts and customers to understand and validate end-user requirements in accordance with business need.
2. Create and document technical designs to achieve project requirements.
3. Complete development/programming as described in design specifications.
4. Prepare or review unit test plans and execute unit testing.

1. Bachelor's Degree followed by 3-5 years of progressive experience or equivalent work experience.
2. Solid understanding of the Microsoft .NET platform with recent development experience C#.
3. Strong middle to back-end development experience.
4. Strong SQL skills preferably with SQL Server.
5. Strong background in object oriented development techniques.
6. Experience deploying and configuring enterprise applications.
7. Strong prioritization and interpersonal skills to balance multiple demands.
8. MSP/Mortgage servicing industry experience a plus

Ditech is currently seeking a QA Analyst within Technology Services.
This key position develops and executes all phases of quality assurance.
This includes assistance in preparing the test environment and executing manual and automated testing.
The position requires that the person has a solid knowledge of QA Deliverables and is proficient in multiple methodologies.
This position will certify that deliverables have met all business and quality requirements.
This position requires the candidate to possess analytical skills to analyze and decompose complex requirements into comprehensive test cases.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (essential job functions)
1. Validate project Business requirements for System and System Integration testing.
2. Create and maintain system, integration and regression test cases.
3. Assist in developing test strategy documentation
4. Execute both automated and manual tests

7. Verify that project documentation is completed
8. Verify that required Quality Assurance document reviews have been completed

SELECTION CRITERIA (essential job functions and job requirements)
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field.
2. 5 years experience in creating manual test cases and automated test scripts.
3. Proficient knowledge in HP and MS ALM tools.
4. Proficient knowledge in Industry standard Defect Management or ALM tools Ability to read and comprehend complex business requirements.
5. Experience testing client-server, web applications, and console automations.
6. Writing and executing SQL statements using industry standard tools (Db Visualizer, TOAD, etc).
7. Systems analysis experience is desirable.
8. Ability to interact effectively with developers and business analysts.
9. Excellent writing skills and problem solving skills.

Design, implement, and configure Cisco ICM, UCCM, and CCVP contact center solutions.
Second and third level support service delivery managers and operations support vendor to ensure concerted effort is being placed on root cause analysis for Telecom outages.
Recommend to service delivery managers and operations support vendor improvements in hardware or software needed to maintain reliable Telecom systems.
Sizing and Capacity of Cisco UCCE elements :
ICM, CCVP, CUCM
Scripting of Call Flows, On-Hold Messages,
Address Reporting, Monitoring and Alarming requirements
Manage incidents and work orders within established service level agreements.
Troubleshoot call recording equipment locally and within the data centers.
Perform administration, configuration and monitoring of call recording equipment and its adjuncts.
Maintain documentation.
Assist in the planning and implementation call recording upgrades, patches and enhancements.
Participate in on-call support for voice systems.
Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning in voice environment to minimize work disruption.
Track performance against service level agreements.
Identify opportunities and drive service improvements.
Ensure asset management and asset inventory are kept up to date.
Ensure preventative maintenance is completed as specified by voice engineering.
Partner with internal customers and communicate changes and issues on the call recording platforms
Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology through projects and initiatives.
Identify applications and systems that require updates and coordinate the implementation with the business owner.
Analyze issues and performance problems that impact the ability to conduct business Break/Fix Support.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues of Windows servers to ensure proper functionality and having operational support responsibilities for the call recording systems.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with the Cisco Unified Contact Center System including knowledge of the Central Controller Configuration, ACD and VRU Peripheral Gateway configuration and support, Cisco Call Manager, Configuration Manager, Script Editor, CTI OS.
Bachelor Degree in STEMP or Military Experience
