Technical/Functional Skills:       

Attending business review sessions to understand the business requirements and scope of the project.

Working closely with the business analyst to understand the stakeholders needs and work on the desired solution.

Development of software to help meet and exceed stakeholder expectation with a focus on quality and project timelines.

Working with testers to ensure a smooth hand off and to help clarify items that need to be tested.

Documentation on design and collaborating with other developers on the team.

Preparing the testing environments for testing efforts.

Conducting analysis and discovery to resolve BUGs.

Fixing defects from testing efforts as part of release activity

Executing deployment development tasks.

3+ years as a ColdFusion Developer coding designing and optimizing high traffic, mission critical, applications.

2+ years creating Object Orientated ColdFusion applications.

Must have a solid knowledge of Java,  Ajax, Spry or jQuery.

Would prefer candidates with a working knowledge of all of those technologies.

2+ years experience with MS-SQL Server 2005 (expertise in database design and development)

1+ years of Web Services development using SOAP, JSON and other protocols.

Hands-on experience in Flex and ActionScript is a plus.

Must demonstrate strong skills with CSS/XHTML

High level of organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to extend existing code base, or develop new, using proven best practice patterns and coding standards.

Design and Implement an efficient solution that meets the functional requirements, is extensible and is easily maintained.

Great verbal and communication skills.
