A Plus:

WPF

Direct experience with MS SQL Server

Detail oriented approach.

Knowledge of industry data feeds and financial protocols.

Hands-on C# development experience building real-time trading applications

Experience building extensive user interface applications

Experience building service oriented distributed applications

Experience building efficient data layers.
