Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a degree.

Ensures implementations are free from defects and/or risk is identified.

Collaborates with all necessary parties to ensure the integrity, security, availability, reliability, and performance of technical architecture for testing and to provide support by responding to inquiries regarding defects, problems, or questions about testing.

Identifies, recommends, and implements tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the company's quality assurance and testing strategies as they relate to Facets and/or an integrated system.

Provides team support, and both technical and soft skill mentoring and knowledge transfer for small groups of professionals. Ensures test plan activities are completed on time and within budget.

Develops comprehensive test result reports and communicates the testing status.
