The are looking for candidates who have done full life cycle implementations from Proof of Concept to GoLive and Support in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

 

They are looking to hire 3 BA's (Functional Resources)

1 with expertise in Order to Cash;

1 with iSupplier & Procure to Pay;

1 with general Finance modules. 

 

 

Position #1

 

Order to Cash

OM Functional Designer

Description: Navistar OM Functional Designer will be responsible for assisting in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the Oracle EBS application, specifically the gaps that will be filled through customizations. The role will be responsible for design of individual RICEW components per the RICEW inventory.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Track Leads, Solution Architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.
  •  Set up and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  •  Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
  •  Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to the designers, and confirm a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
  •  Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Design individual RICEW components per the RICEW inventory.
  • Confirm the completeness and consistency of the design deliverables. Resolve any inconsistencies discovered.
  • Inform the RICEFW team lead of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
  • Participate in quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements.
  • Participate in the transitions of the customization functional designs to the technical designers.
  • Create RICEFW Functional Designs.
  • Provide functional guidance to the RICEFW technical designer for the RICEFW work units.

Skills Requirements:

·         Knowledge of Oracle OM, Inv, Pricing, AR modules, specifically custom development concepts and functionality

·         Work experience in EBS R12, 11.5.10

·         Experience writing functional designs for Interfaces, Conversion, Extensions, Workflow and Reports

·         Expertise in leading design workshops in Oracle's functional areas

·         Completed atleast 2-3 life cycles implementations

·         Strong functional and written communication skills

·         Facilitation experience for conducting design and review sessions

·         Understanding the limitations of the Oracle system with respect to security, performance, customization, etc.

(Procure to Pay) PTP Functional Designer

Description: Navistar PTP Functional Designer will be responsible for assisting in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the Oracle EBS application, specifically the gaps that will be filled through customizations. Responsibilities:
