BPM (OBPM) Developers(Mid Level)

Location : Irvine,CA

Duration : 9 Months Contract

 

The Job Description is as follows:

             Client is looking for midlevel BPM Developer with strong experience on dotnet and other webservices.

             Should have very good comn. Skills, since he need to work in US citizens team.

             Biztalk experience is very big advantage but not mandatory.

             Should have good production support experience

             Wipro is ready to accept OPT consultants also, but profile should be exact match to this position.

BPM Process Design(L2)

 

             Should have five years of work experience on BPM/BRMS stack.

             Should have good experience in Architecture and design of BPM engagements.

             Should have good experience in J2EE,Web Services,Unit Testing and Debugging rules.

             Should have Customer facing skills including influencing customer architects and business stakeholders.

             Should have excellent knowledge of programming /systems analysis,problem solving and analytical skills.

             Should have extensive knowledge base(e.g.infrastructure/ technology/ application to analyze problems of the greatest complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.

BPM(L3)

             Apart from proficiency level 2, the following are required for thisproficiency:  

             Should be able to understand the impact of dependenttechnolgies and incorporate it in design

             Should understand security solutions(in BPM context), backend systems, domain flows

             Should be able to identifytechnology/functionalon-functional dependencies in an BPM implementation andplan fro the same

             Should contribute to technology forums - participate inatleast one seminar in speaker slot
