Our client seeks to hire a highly motivated and dedicated professional committed to exemplary customer service and understands the vital importance of personal accountability in a team environment. Must be able to render good design decisions based on the business requirements, is well-organized, able to work with minimal supervision, detail oriented, able to address assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the MS SharePoint use and the development in particular with the configuration and customization. Must have excellent writing, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills and also adhere to all safety, health and environmental Company policies.
The position entails the following specific job related responsibilities:
- Analyze the requirements, design, configure, and develop a SharePoint site using MS SharePoint 2010. The work includes the understanding the requirements and deliver the SharePoint site using out of the box features and or with customizations
- Candidate should have hands-on experience with MS SharePoint 2010, with SharePoint lists and database (Oracle/SQL) databases
- Experience with all or some of the MS SharePoint tools are required * items include but not limited to: SharePoint Designer 2007 & 2010, Infopath, CorasWorks, Standard and 3rd party Webparts, etc
- Candidate will participate in finalizing the requirements, design, testing the SharePoint site with the internal IR resources and users
- Candidate must have excellent organization and communications skills (both oral and written) to work with IR team
- Ability to develop well-written design/training documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as with other team members
- Strong inter-personnel skills that requires significant interaction with peers and customers (internal users)
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Insure system operability; perform testing and debugging as per standard practices, including unit, system and user acceptance testing
Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus, but not required):
Any supporting Tools knowledge for SharePoint 2010 site development, web design background and experience with third party web development tools, Dreamweaver, MS publisher, CorasWorks, etc.
Assignment:
This is a designer/developer assignment with strong MS SharePoint 2010 to develop a SharePoint site for resource planning/monitoring. No infrastructure, DBA, networking required. Candidate will be part of IR team that will implement SharePoint site for App services resources.
