– Eagan, MN
Data Warehouse Modeler
6 month contract
Knowledge and Skills
· 3+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Hand-on industry experience designing dimensional data models and data warehouse using industry standard tools such as Power Designer.
· Data warehouse concepts and strong Dimensional Data modeling experience is required
- Exposure to Informatica ETL or Business Intelligence tools is preferred.
- Experience with writing ETL Source to Target spec is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience generating database objects (i.e. tables, indexes, constraints, views, materialized views) using a modeling tool.
- Experience with iterative/agile development environments
- Excellent SQL skills and demonstrated ability to write complex SQL for purposes of analyzing data and/or evaluating how information needs might be translated into back end database structures.
