Description	Core Expertise: 2-5 years of Web development experience & Minimum 2 years of related work experience in J2EE applications Experience with HTML5 especially as it applies to Responsive Design & Strong hands on expertise with web technologies including javascript,CSS3,JQuery,YUI etc Experience with Responsive Web Design (Mobile first, unobtrusive and OO JavaScript, and progressive enhancement) Strong knowledge of design usability and optimization principles and techniques & Strong know-how of important issues such as cross browser compatibility and ability to solve it. Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Indepth understanding of WCAG accessibility standards (A/AA) Requires excellent analytical ability, strong judgment and problem analysis techniques, an in-depth knowledge of the business unit's functions and applications.
