· Experience as a coordinator in a BUAT environment. This resource must be able to work as a coordinator within the BAU Testing phase to organize and ensure that the business requirements are being properly communicated and processed between business units, business analysts and technical resources in this new business mapping initiative.
· Financial Services background – Capital markets. Securities lending would be highly preferred.
· SQL – Ability to do date mining/SQL querying alongside the technical resources. This person must be able to do simple querying/ mining independently if needed in QA phases. There are existing applications and new applications being built from scratch for the European business.
Job Description:
This resource will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining organization between the requirements that are going to make up specific work streams that will be mapped out for the business units to ensure compliance in client's effort to take their principle lending business into the European markets. They will be working alongside BA's, QA's, 1 allocated project manager and various business units in both the US and Europe. There are currently about 20 existing applications and with these new work streams they are also creating new applications from the incoming and future business. This is an environment that they are planning to generate and test prior to the official go live which is currently slated for Oct. Nov 2013 time frame.
