Java/J2EE Developer
Location: Ashburn - VA
Duration:12+Months

* 7+ years of design and development experience in OOP, Java/J2EE, Servlets, EJB, JSP, JDBC, Struts, SOAP, Web Services, Clear case and Oracle database
* Implementation experience in OOAD and J2EE Design Patterns
* Experience with Unix/Linux/Solaris/AIX/HP-UX
* Experience with WebLogic

Desired Skills:
* Telecom experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Past experience with Java/WebLogic version upgrades
* Exposure to IBM Persistance Builder

Job Responsibilities:
* Support a large scale effort to upgrade a multiple applications from older versions of Java/WebLogic to current versions
* Support, design, develop, unit test & implement various enhancements and fixes for Java application module.
* Make continuous process improvements thru performance enhancements, automation of manual process steps.
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes in expedited manner.
