Java Developer with IVR
Location: Irving, TX. or Temple Terrace, FL
Duration: 8+Months

Position Description:
This developer position will participate in the implementation of GUI ( Graphical User Interface) for Routing, and support of an enterprise IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application.
This development consists of writing Java/Weblogic/XHTML / Javascript code, unit testing and package building and deployment support. Formulate concepts and develops solutions of application programs for the full life cycle (design, code, test, implement) of projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Design, create and implement effective call flows with a high degree of usability.
* Analyze and define system requirements for IVR applications to meet business requirements.
* Analyze, code, test, and debug the application
* Support testing, debugging and resolution of issues through SIT and UAT phases.
* Perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of application issues.
* Support the deployments and have capability to resolve the issues ASAP.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures concerning all confidential information including but not limited to internal use and restricted information.

Technical Qualifications:
* Must have working experience with the following Java Web development technologies - SPRING, Hibernate, JSP,JSF, PrimeFaces
* Experience in Back end Database integartion with JDBC - especially for MS SQL/DB2
* Experience in web related technologies - HTML, CSS, Java Script (JQuery)
* Minimum 5 years of solid software programming experience in developing web applications in a J2EE environment, VXML, object-oriented design, XSLT, Java and J2EE experience are all a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of UNIX system, Redhat Linux, RPM package, System V package, Clearcase.
* Should have good experience in Database SQL query, JDBC programming, DB2 . Microsoft SQL Server, and software development methodology.

Preferred:
* Knowledge in IVR applications using VoiceXML (VXML).
* Javascript, xml experience all desirable.
* Experience working with Web Services using XML.
* Voice genie.
* Genesys CTI / Routing
* ICM Scripting / Routing

Note: Shall provide own laptop configured with Windows XP at a minimum.
