6+ years of testing experience

Test strategy, Planning and Estimation.

Planning and management of multiple projects by interfacing with project stake holders.

Tracking projects by effort and schedule Project health monitoring and control Managing cross-functional teams Project Status reporting, Root Cause Analysis Triaging of defects and coordinating defect fix testing by working with offshore teams System testing, Performance testing and lifecycle testing Promoting improvements in test processes

Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies.

Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage
