SAP BW/BI Report & Query developer

For re-staffing the position, manager wants to go with a SAP BW/BI Report & Query developer. Someone focused on the Front-end of BW, with preferably an understanding of VBA/Excel programming, just enough to be able to give directions to offshore.
This was the original spec, so you may be able to look at previous candidates?

Description:
Front end reporting developer with primary skill set of SAP BEx, VBA with Finance background, advance Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, name ranges, pivot table,
cell referencing and advanced Excel formulas)
Advanced Visual Basic
Power Point presentations, documentation (Functional Design Specifications and Technical Design Specifications)
Good communication and documentation skills
SAP BI 7.0 query and workbook development with good understanding of SAP BI data warehousing concepts is preferred
Finance and Accounting knowledge is preferred.
