Functional SAP QM Lead
Location: Dallas, TX

This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.
Technology
• Experience with ERP functional analysis (SAP, Oracle, Siebel, etc..)
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
• Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
• Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
• Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
SAP QM Lead Individual experienced with project end to end lead roles in Quality Management Module, both with IM and WM functionality.
• Manager level individual.
• Experience in multiple cycles in all phases of a project (Blueprint, Build, Test, Final Preparation, Go Live and Support).
• Excellent facilitation and consulting skills (interpersonal relations and executive presence).
• Great communicator, being able to be listened, comprehended and drive consensus towards resolution.
• Great listener, being able to listen the client, comprehend/extract requirements from conversation and propose viable solution to their requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documentation, Process Flows, and WRICEF Functional Specification Documents for implementation of Quality Inspection and Quality Notifications.
• Experience in Non-conformance processes in quality areas.
• Multiple projects with hands-on configuration experience in the QM module and master data mapping.
• Experience managing medium size teams onsite (3) and offshore (1) both consulting and client resources.
• Good reporting to higher level on status of the team, issue/resolution process and estimation to complete tasks.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Aerospace a definite plus) preferred.
