Job Description
* Design and develop next generation Personalization platform on Telecom 
* Develop Learn content webpages using J2EE technologies
* Able to provide technical leadership in the planning, designing, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web applications.
* Create Unit test plans and work with CM team to deploy modules on test environment
* Review issues opened by clients on testing and Production environment and resolve them on time with high quality.
* Must be knowledgeable of latest web/browser standards and trends.

Required Skills
8 or more years of hands-on experience with software development
5+ years of specific experience related to web development and e-commerce applications with Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, XML, XSLT, JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX , webservices, Weblogic, Enterprise Patterns and Extreme Programming
Databases - Oracle 10g
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills
* 8 or more years of hands-on experience with software development.
* Minimum 5+ years of specific experience related to web development and e-commerce applications.
* Minimum 3+ yrs of experience in enterprise level web application development.
* Minimum 3 + years of Core Java/ Javascript/CSS/AJAX /UCM experience
* Deep experience in Webservices and all platform level XML capabilities
* Excellent problem solving skills and ability to deliver projects with extremely quick turnaround
* Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
* Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
