Siebel CRM Developer
(Siebel 7.x and 8.x.,Siebel EAI / EIM, Oracle RAC databases)

Duration: 6 months+
Description:
1)Ability to work effectively in teams and in a matrix organization.
2)Maturity to accept direction, confidence to give direction.
3)Creativity in addressing technical challenges from an applications perspective.
4)Understanding of industry direction and impact of that direction on business environment.
5)Ability to understand and assist in evolution and/or integration of Baxter applications.
6)Strong business knowledge.
7)Solid presentation skills, verbal and written communication.
8)Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas to project stakeholders.
9)Work on reviews such as application design, configuration review, sizing, performance etc.
10)Strong implementation experience using Siebel 7.x and 8.x. with expertise in Siebel CRM.
11)Provide expertise in Siebel configuration, Siebel EAI / EIM, Siebel architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server, Web Server and Database Server.
12)Experience in Cluster configuration and management (Windows) and the use of Siebel in a clustered environment.
13)Experience with Siebel running on Oracle databases especially with Oracle RAC databases.
14)Expertise in Siebel Data Models and RDB Data Modeling.
15)Experience with Siebel EAI - Integration workflows, Web Services, Integration Objects, Siebel Adapters, EAI transport adapters, VBCs SOA, WSDL, DTD, XSL.
16)Experience with configuring ODBC connections with Siebel/Oracle DB.
17)Experience with OBIEE Clustering.
18)Provide experience with Siebel upgrades, & performance optimizations.
19)Good knowledge in using HTML, Perl, SQL and other scripting languages.
20)Understanding of hardware architectures (e.g., servers, memory, I/O subsystems, storage devices, etc.
21)Understanding of Network systems, including switches, routers, etc. preferred.
22)Experience with Microsoft IIS preferred.
23)Siebel 7.x/8.x certification preferred.
24)Experience with Global deployments with Siebel preferred.
25)Basic knowledge of FDA Validation preferred.
26)Basic knowledge in ITIL/Six Sigma preferred.
27)Solid understand of the technical infrastructure used at Baxter.
28)Experience in all stages of system development life cycle.
