Java Developer and Java Architect – 3 openings

Contract with potential hire or straight contract

6-12 months

 

We have an immediate need for four Java developers.

1.       One Java Technical Architect

2.       Two Sr. Java developer

3.       One mid-level Java developer

 

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

Software Development

• Writes and unit tests J2EE components, including Session Beans, Entity Beans, and Message Driven Beans.
• Writes and unit tests SQL statements
• Writes and unit tests JSP/HTML/Javascript pages

Software Design

• Writes Software Design Specification documentation for components and sub-systems.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Java – JDK 1.5 or higher

J2EE or JEE

XML & XML Beans

EJB's - Session & Entity Beans

SQL Server 2005 – SQL, stored procedures, triggers & DDL

JDBC

JMS

WebLogic Server – Version 10.0 or higher

Unix – Sun Solaris preferred

Javascript

CSS

HTML

Java Servlets

Ant

JSP's

Java Swing

Eclipse

Flex

Writes Web Services
