J2EE Developer (4 to 6 years of experience), Applicant should be able to develop high quality J2EE applications.

Strong analytical and development skills in analyzing a business need is a must and should posses good understanding of various J2EE design patterns

Developer needs to work and gain knowledge on multiple areas of the application which would provide great learning opportunities.

Should be capable of doing an impact analysis on a business need

Should have good inter-personal skills

Good communication skills and interactions with offshore teams and customer

Ability to work independently

Candidate needs to be a self-starter and a quick learner

Skills:

J2EE, Web Logic Server, Hibernate, XML, JSF, ICE Faces, AJAX, JMS Queues, Web Services, Spring, Spring-JDBC, JSP, Java Script and PL/SQL.

Strong in UML (Power Designer /Rational Design), OOAD and Database Design is a must.

Knowledge of basic Unix commands and Oracle database is a must.

Exposure to Unit Testing tools like Jtest and TOAD will be an added advantage.
