Summary
The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for hands-on implementation and development of applications on the corporate SharePoint intranet and extranet portals. He/she will engage with various managers in the business to gather requirements and will be expected to develop applications that meet the requirements, are readily deployable and are simple to maintain.

Essential Duties
• Assist in project development, define technical requirements and develop solutions
• Design and customize SharePoint solutions -build and configure SharePoint websites using web UI and/or SharePoint Designer.
• Create Dashboard views and sites for Executive-level employees
• Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint sites
• Consult on SharePoint and Integration projects
• Partner in a hands-on manner with management, peers and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives

Education and Experience
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience developing, deploying and managing web based enterprise intranet and extranet portals.
• Demonstrable experience with ASP.NET programming.
• Experience with SharePoint 2010.
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
• Experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large complex applications
• 3-5+ years' experience with SharePoint 2010, C#, .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010 and SharePoint Designer
• Solid grasp of the SharePoint 2010 API, including best practices and design patterns.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing web parts, content types, master pages and page layouts
• Understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, and workflows
• Significant experience with SharePoint 2010 is required Experience with Oracle/SAP
