Position Title - SAP Sourcing Technical Consultant
Location: Philadelphia - PA
Duration: 8+month
Job Responsibilities:
- Programmer/analyst to transform functional specifications into SAP technical solution
- Develop technical specifications using the functional specifications document
- Develop beanshell / java / sql code to fulfill the functional and technical requirements
- Develop and execute unit test plans to meet functional and technical requirements
- Develop integration to ECC
Job/Technical Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing Sourcing and Contract Pricing industry processes and suggest recommendations to optimize client business process
• Proven experience in developing Sourcing strategies using SAP (v-Source)system based on streamlined business scenarios
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing integration with other SAP modules and proven areas of optimization in cross-module scenarios
• Awareness of the world class processes and latest technologies and business impact
• Experience in Operations Research & Solution optimization
• Exceptional statistical analytical and quantitative skill
• 3 years of SAP Sourcing development experience
• Experience with SAP Sourcing upgrade to 7.0
• Strong IT development and SDLC skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently
• Must be a good team player, detail oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative
• Provides timely and accurate status on job assignments
• Flexible, organized and able to handle competing prioritie
• Recognizes areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement
• Identify issues to leads and/or management and provide possible solutions
Top 5 or Less Requirements:
* SAP Sourcing technical upgrade to Wave 7
* SAP Sourcing Beanshell scripting
* SAP Sourcing configuration
* SAP Sourcing workflow
* Bachelors Degree in CS/EE
Desired Skills:
• Unix scripting
• Windows host scripting
• SAP ERP Integration with SAP Sourcing
• Advanced Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Masters in Business Administration
Years Experience in general and/or per skill
• 3 years of SAP Sourcing development experience.
* 1 upgrade project experience
