PL/SQL Developer
9 month Contract

*Must pass a drug test and background check once offered the position*
This position is predominantly involved in developing new and modifying existing Regulatory Reports. Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of reports consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. - Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.
Qualifications:
3 yrs experience in PL/SQL developing with Oracle and/or TOAD required
2 yrs experience with Crystal Reports (version 11) required
2 yrs experience in Business Analysis/gathering requirements
2 yrs experience with client relations/customer service
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
Background in Healthcare is a plus
SAS and/or Sybase experience is a plus
Project Management experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Assesses, interprets, and analyzes customer needs and requirements. Serves as a resource to others.
Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.
Translates concepts into practice.
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
Acts as a resource for others with less experience.
