Short Project Description:
Rhode Island DMV project is to automate/modernize the DMV operation for state of Rhode Island. These positions can be remote, working closely with the RI DMV team incl architect, application team and data modeling team.
Responsible:
Define and implement indexes to support application access needs and tuning.
Analyze and cost a change request ticket in terms of staff hours
Ability to effectively communicate with the business analysts and the application architecture team to understand the business and technical requiremement.
Conduct data model analysis and review calls, should be able to effectively communicate and explain the design to other teams.
Skills Required:
· Define logical data entities based on the requirements, devlop physical design
· At least 1 year of data modeling experience - both Logical and Physical designs
· Experience with Erwin 7.3.* or greater, SQL Server 2008, TSQL scripting.
· Experience to script SQL Server stored procedures
