Job Description :

 

·         Understand the Client's business requirements and business process flows and then translate them into comprehensive, accurate and quality software requirements/specifications. Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer that knowledge to the Systems Development team.

 

Required Skills :
 

• Prior experience functioning as a business analyst supporting application development efforts
• Prior experience working with Structured Methodologies (Waterfall, etc)
• Develop cases and scripts for UAT testing
• Prior experience facilitating JAD Sessions
• Solid experience preparing accurate and detailed Requirements documents, and functional Specification documents
• Experience working in a PMO office and their Tools, templates, best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and propose redesigns or areas for improvement
• Experience working in a healthcare domain, preferably knowledge of Electronic Health Records
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and comfortable leading technical discussions.
