SAP Logistics Function Group lead WMIM

Job Description

·         The Team Lead for client's SAP Distribution functionality will be responsible for overall Level 2 Production Support for all SAP Inventory Management (IM) /Warehouse Management (WM) -related issues for the client's SAP system. 

·         5+ years of demonstrated hands on experience in business application design, implementation for SAP applications.

·         SAP Inventory/Warehouse Management Implementation experience highly desirable

·         In-depth experience in SAP Inventory & Warehouse Management both from a technical and functional standpoint

·         Ability to create functional specifications

·         Familiar with ITSM / Service Desk ticketing systems

·         Understands ITIL concepts for Production Support

·         Understands Level 2 support requirements

·         Understands Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management processes

·         Understands how to work in a managed service environment driven by SLAs

·         Will be expected to chair meetings for clients and review SLA-related information, Root Cause Analysis of significant issues is discussed and prioritization of work is mutually agreed upon

·         Experienced in providing mentoring to team members

·          Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability, successfully lead & supervise a team, gaining the respect and support of all team members

·         PC Skills / Microsoft Applications…  ITIL certification and/or SAP Certifications desirable

 

SAP TPM Lead

Atlanta, GA

6 Months +

 

Responsibilities

·         The Team Lead for client's SAP TPM and non-SAP TPM applications will be responsible for overall Level 2 Production Support for all Trade Promotion Management-related issues for the client's SAP system. 
 Functional /Technical

·         5+ years of demonstrated hands on experience in business application design, implementation for SAP applications.

·         SAP TPM Implementation experience highly desirable

·         In-depth experience in SAP TPM both from a technical and functional standpoint

·         Ability to create functional specifications

·         Familiar with ITSM / Service Desk ticketing systems

·         Understands ITIL concepts for Production Support

·         Understands Level 2 support requirements

·         Understands Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management processes

·         Understands how to work in a managed service environment driven by SLAs

SAP Asset Management

Atlanta, GA

6 months+

 

Responsibilities

·         The SAP Support analyst delivers incident and problem management Support Services primarily within the SAP applications. They support any developments with the SAP applications in line with client requirements in accordance with ITIL methodology.

·         The Support Analyst for SAP Asset Management will be responsible for Level 2 Production Support for SAP Asset Management related issues for the client's SAP system.

·         3+ years of demonstrated hands on experience in supporting business applications.

·         SAP Asset Management Implementation experience highly desirable

·         In-depth experience in SAP Asset Management both from a technical and functional standpoint

·         Familiar with ITSM / Service Desk ticketing systems

·         Understands how to work in a managed service environment

·         Understands the functionality being supported and is capable of providing guidance on the use of the application

·         Responsible for response and resolution for incidents in accordance to Service Level Agreements

·         Makes suggestions for continuous improvement to address deficiencies

·         Provides timely updates and responses to support requests

·         Verifies the priority and severity of support requests

·         Accurately documents the reported issues and resolutions

·         Ensures accurate categorization of incidents and problems

·         Identifies and provides workarounds for common issues

·         Uses basic problem solving skills to resolve reported incidents

·         Escalates incidents / problems to a higher level of expertise within the organization

·         PC Skills / Microsoft Applications…  ITIL certification and/or SAP Certifications desirable
