EAM Fleet Maintenance Project Manager
The EAM Fleet Maintenance Project delivers against the CCNAG technology roadmap. The current Fleet Solution is out of support and planned to be sunset from the CCNAG Enterprise. This initiative is significantly behind in terms of deployment for several reasons and requires a strong project manager to be a positive and efficient leader to move this forward with the business.
Work Summary
This request is for a seasoned Project Manager to run the SAP EAM Fleet Maintenance Project. This project is currently +/-90% complete in terms of development and in terms of deployment, the solution is deployed currently at 7 of 406 locations.
The Solution is a modified version of SAP Enterprise Asset Management and used at Coca Cola Fleet Locations. It is supporting business processes related to Mechanic Work Orders and Parts and Inventory Management. The solution is being deployed to locations with mechanics using a Tablet to access the system.
Additionally, the business processes at the site are being standardized across the enterprise and a central team in Tampa, FL is being established. The business change management is managed by the business partners primarily; however the Project Manager will collaborate and assist as necessary.
There are two core work streams:
Solution Development - The Project Manager will need to confirm remaining development requirements working with the business partners, IT Business Analyst and IT Development Manager.
Deployment – The Project Manager will need to work with the Business Lead to establish an executable deployment plan / schedule and manage the execution of the plan.
Start Date – January 6th, 2014
Termination Date – TBD, but this resource would likely stay engaged until all deployments are complete. Target 1 year initially.
Detail of Targeted Resources Required
• Experienced Project Manager (PMP preferred)
• Experience with Software Development as well as Field Level Deployments with solutions including mobile technology
• Strong financial management and budget accountability
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with SAP EAM (or other SAP Modules)
• Previous experience working with Fleet / Transportation solutions and business resources
• Project home based in Atlanta, with ability to travel to locations within the US as needed
