 Senior Billing Developer – C#.NET and ASP.NET

Location: Rockville,  MD

Duration: 6 months, likely extension thereafter

Requirements for the Senior Billing Developer position include:

o             Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field/information technology work experience (8 – 10 years)

o             Billing Experience Preferred

o             Expert Level experience  with C# and ASP.NET

o             Deep experience developing triggers, stored procedures, and advanced data development skills with Oracle 11g(PL/SQL)

o             Must have worked with Oracle on UNIX with some UNIX Shell Scripting & Maestro Job Scheduler experience

o             Must have excellent system analysis, system design and communication skills

o             COGNOS Experience (Preferable)

o             Combination of .NET and Oracle is a must, SQL Server experience is not sufficient
