JOB SUMMARY:

The Information Technology Enterprise Content Management team is seeking an experienced FileNet System Administrator contractor to support the our clients email archiving and eDiscovery infrastructure.  This position will require advanced FileNet administration knowledge and US Citizenship.

 

In this position, you will perform daily operational health checks, activities to maintain the system and complete steps to fulfill eDiscovery requests using FileNet administration tools in a Microsoft Windows Server environment.

 

Responsibilities Include:

·       Supporting advanced FileNet features for FileNet P8, IBM's Content Collector, eDiscovery Manager and Records Manager

·       Performing daily operational tasks to support and fulfill eDiscovery requests

·       Completing daily operational health checks and reports to document

·       Performing on-call support activities as needed, 24 x 7

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major, or a strong combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates required skills and capabilities.
• IBM FileNet P8 Suite system administration certification (required)

 

Required skills:

·       Minimum 3 years experience with FileNet P8 4.x and connector products

·       Experience supporting a large Enterprise Content Management environment (10,000+ users)

·       Strong FileNet security background, including experience implementing policies

·       Project management capabilities

·       Proven communication and presentation skills

·       Technical documentation skills

·       Occasional travel within continental US (approximately 3 days per quarter).

 

Preferred skills:                                                                                                                                

• Hands-on experience with FileNet P8 suite 4.x with addon modules including Records Manager and BPM.
• Experience implementing FileNet P8 into a Websphere environment.
• Experience integrating ECM technologies with SharePoint.
• Experience working with multiple directories and authentication mechanisms
• FileNet 4.x certifications
