CRM Consultant

6-12 Month Contract

*upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test*

 

This position is a contract/consultant role in the eBusiness group at Jostens. This group is a blend of technology and business – delivering market and business solutions for sales reps, customers, and consumers. This position will be focused on helping execute two Salesforce.com(SDFC) projects for sales and customer service.

 

This position will be responsible for establishing business requirements, setting technical and process direction, supporting training and change management, project management, execution and project implementation, testing and level 2 or 3 technical support.

 

Skills:

·       2-3+ years experience with CRM technologies focusing on salesforce.com (SDFC)

·       Strong project management and business analyst skills required; able to use project management discipline to plan, track, execute and communicate project progress.

·       Experience with sales and customer service related processess and management.

·       An ability to think logically with excellent problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.

·       Ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining cordial business relationships; to multi task and work under deadlines.

·       Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; strong customer focus.
