Primary Location: 520 Lafayette Road, St Paul, MN 55155

Engagement Description: Set and review program objectives, coordinate activities across projects, Deliverables: 1. Program Plan that lays out the roadmap for current and future activities. 2. Risk Management Plan that describes risks associated with the defined program and risk responses for each risk. 3. Communication Plan that identifies the many stakeholders of this program and the best way to keep them informed of progress. 4. Status Reports to the Steering Team delivered routinely to keep them informed of progress and challenges.
