Business Deployment Lead

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
"Manage projects large in scope, complexity, and effort
"Build and execute a detailed cutover plan & cutover simulations in partnership with Target Technology Services
"Conduct FMEA Risk Assessments and coordinate the building of contingency plans
"Partner with Business Systems Services to create a knowledge transfer and post-production transition plan
"Maintain partnerships and visibility with business partners in all headquarters locations
"Build strong partnerships with key Finance leaders to define and implement the best business practices for the finance function related to their projects
"Represent business deployment and the methodology with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and Target Technology Services

SKILLS REQUIRED:
"4-year degree
"Minimum 6-8 years business experience or equivalent work experience
"Manages execution
"Collaborates
"Communicates Effectively
"Resilient and Adaptable
"Drive for Results
"Prior ERP implementation experience
"Prior cutover/deployment experience
