Rate: 55-60 Max.

Excellent communication, organization and documentation skills with ability to work independently

 

Solid Experience in Java , specifically using WebSphere, J2EE and EJBs and Spring

 

Solid experience with Spring and Hibernate

 

Experience in back-end data connectivity
