Job Description:
Job Duties - Design, Develop and implement applications on the Salesforce platform. Should have the ability to work in an agile development model with good experience in functional design, unit and integration testing of various web components. Fluency in database development and data migration and ability to work on large data migration activities.
Skills Required:
• 8 or more years of demonstrated development and design experience required
• Minimum 2 years working with Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform
• Solid understanding of and experience with Force.com development including Apex and Visualforce
• Experience using the Force.com data loader and handling data migration assignments
• Capable of working with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications and create design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system
• Capable of recommending alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis
• Experience with Software-as-a-Service and/or cloud-based concepts
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services
• Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and version control systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment

• Experience packaging and promoting code between environments
• Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail
• Salesforce.com Certified Developer a plus
