Business Systems Analyst 
12 months

Summary: Focused on conversion planning and pre-conversion testing.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage formal UAT testing processes following industry accepted best practices
- Create and manage test schedule
- Lead and coordinate test team resources
- Review and manage resource planning
- Create, set-up and manage test data
- Oversee all aspects of user acceptance testing including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes as necessary
- Schedule and conduct periodic testing status meetings
- Act as primary point of contact for all testing aspects of the project, providing testing services and coordinating testing resources (internally and externally)
- Document, track and report test issues
- Identify test requirements from specifications for processes and systems
- Create test design specification for each testing cycle or iteration
- Develop, document, and maintain test cases and scripts
- Validate test environment and data set-up
- Execute and validate test cases and test scripts
- Test functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems
- Manage testing issues and statuses through fix, retest, pass/fail
- Facilitate test issue discussions
- Provide periodic testing status and/or testing summary report
- Assist with conversion implementation planning
- Creating activity and plans to determine the correct sequencing of activities during the conversion

Required:
- Must have client experience (include references on resume), available to interview onsite.
- Have knowledge of full system life cycle and structured testing methodology
- Working knowledge with the following applications: Microsoft Excel Quality Center

Preferred:
- Additional experience within the Brokerage.
