Tableau Designer/Developer to work with Technology group to develop dashboards for at least three use cases. Most of the requirements have been captured - consultant to interact with the end user to ensure the dashboard meets user need. Blend of designer and developer with some business acumen so solid communication skills will be required. IT has solid biz process owner and technology knowledge but needs extra hands to assist with the following use cases:
· AP Dashboard (Mgmt & Ops will consume)
· Scorecard - supplier performance
· HR Talent dashboard

· Experience with Tableau against Native HANA both server and desktop but Server experience is more important.

· Must be able to marry the technical competence and be able to present
· Agile Environment experience
· Experience Handling large data sets
