Required Abilities: 

• 3+ years as business analyst or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in the all phases of the system development life cycle 

• Ability to identify, evaluate, and recommend systems and procedures to the business that are cost effective and meet user requirements

• Ability to understand and document clear and accurate detailed requirements

• Capable of asking questions and challenging the status quo

• Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving ability

• Self-starter with strong customer focus, follow-through and solution orientation

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to organize and coordinate efforts to meet project goals

• Ability to mentor junior business analysts and lead small projects

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint)

 

Desired Abilities: 

• 4 years of Oracle HCM experience (Payroll, Advanced Benefits, Core HR, Time & Labor, Incentive Compensation) (or equivalent experience on other ERP systems)

• Well versed in configuration options for a number of the HCM modules

• BA/BS in Human Resource, Computer Science or MIS
