• Working experience on Requirement Analyst role or System Analyst. 
• Must work on customer interface role.
• Preparation of requirement aka System Requirement  and high level design document in the scope of database's belongs to  data layer, in reference to Business Requirement Document and Solution approach document.
• Core Java Experience.
• Web services Experience.
