 Roles & responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering through direct user interviews as well as formal and informal sessions.
2. Gap Analysis of Customized processes built for/by Client
3. Document findings from analysis & conduct review with SMEs to gain approvals.

 

Required Skills:

1. HealthCare Domain Knowledge - EDI 270, 271, 837, 834 Process, Companion Guide Creation
2. BA Experience in documentation of requirements, Use Cases and Business Processes
3. BA Experience in scheduling requirements

 

Ability to communicate technical concepts to all audiences verbally and in writing. Some hands on with SQL Queries and data mining a plus
