Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Draper, UT
Duration: 3 month contract
Must have Siebel or Salesforce
Job Requirements:
• work closely with technical development teams, CS Operations, QA, Training, and consultants throughout the lifecycle of large- scale systems implementations
• play a leading role in the implementation of large scale software packages.
• Facilitate requirements and design meetings to understand and collect product, business and technical needs
• Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements
• Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements
• Maintain and manage relationships with outside vendors and consultants
The BSA candidate should have demonstrated experience:
• Functional requirements documentation
o Product Design Documentation
o Cost/Benefit analysis
o Large system implementations
o Vendor package software, configuration, scope management
• Clear communication is very important
Preferred experience with:
• Siebel CRM (7.8 or more recent) and/or SalesForce.com
• Specific experience with Assignment Manager, Workflow design, EAI design for SR creation, eFax, OBI, Service, Sales, Marketing, & PRM.
• Experience with Siebel call center implementations across multiple geographies.
• Experience in system integration design and implementation.
