I have a Position in Farmington Hills who has an immediate need for a mid level C# developer. This is a 3 month contract, maybe 6 and I can get a rate to pass on of $45.00 an hour. If you have someone, they can interview and start ASAP.
Preference at this point would be someone creative and ambitious, but not a lead... They would like to build people around their existing lead who can add their insights and energy, but not at a level where they will try and take over when they are contractors and not employees.
3-5 years of C# is good... although even an unproven college grad who has developed their own web sites or components, if they have the curiosity and drive of youth that we all once possessed.
Actually, if you had access to solid entry-level folks I would consider bringing on two people through the end of the year or longer. The more expensive the resource, the less likely I will get longer term funding from our PE firm at this point.
Using C# with the following:
- .net 2.0 and 4.0
- ASP.NET
- EntityFramework 2.0
- MSSQL 2005 and 2008
- SiteCore CMS
- Click-Once apps
- Custom web services (implementations and clients)
If you have anyone, please let me know. They would need to be local for the interview.
