Senior Siebel Developer – 6+ years Siebel exp
Location: Houston, TX 77002 (downtown)
Duration: 3-6 month contract-to-hire
Conversion Salary: 80-90K+ 3 weeks vacation
· Bonus: both roles will be eligible for 15% target bonus ( the last 2 years has been above 15%) it is based on individual but heavier on company performance
· Benefits: match up to 4% 401k, 90 day waiting period before medical, dental and vision kick in
· Will get constructive if needed with sign on bonuses

Manager Notes for both positions:
· Interview: 1st 30min to 1hr heavy technical interview (in person or phone). 2nd F2F with him, other managers, the team and possible business units. It is half day interview because they take them to lunch with the team.
· Prefers local to Houston but is willing to look at outside but will be a tough sell.
· Will look at visa and H1 but his internal department that handles that is not very good at getting the paperwork done required for those so again will have to be perfect candidate.
· Use a combination of waterfall and agile methodology and scrum for development.
· Communication is a big component for both roles because they will be expected to not only program but sit down with internal business users/customers and talk.
