Mandatory Skills:   Expertise in ESS/MSS, Web Dynpro , Process and Forms

 

-           Strong SAP ABAP HCM with 8 + years of experience in ABAP HCM

-           Expert in technical consulting and business/client interaction

-           Involvement in system design ,development and implementation

-           Excellent communication skills

-           Should be able to lead Cognizant technical team at onsite/offshore

-           Should be able to work in onsite/offshore model

-           Nice to have skills – Payroll, e-Recruitment and other HCM technical skills
