The Project Manager is responsible for determining time frames, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing project and resource requirements and achieve project objectives and completion on time, on budget, and in conformance to IT methodologies and practices. The PM manages initiatives of large-size and/or high complexity and/or multiple projects of mixed complexity levels and sizes. Makes judgments and takes reasonable and prudent actions to accomplish agreed upon project objectives under minimal direction. Advises other IT staff regarding project management practices, methods and standards. The PM manages multiple competing objectives, prioritizes, and communicates complex technical information in clear and unambiguous terms to management and end user personnel. Must have a proven track record of successful project management; experience estimating, project tracking, and resource management. Experience with budget and financial planning and tracking. Must ensure all project phases are clearly communicated to all stake holders.

Specific Job Details:

Project Manager for a project within the Network Renewal Program. Project is Network Access Control.

Qualifications:

1) Comfortable in dynamic situations where quick plan adjustments are needed

2) Hands-on management with the technical team

3) Optional: Experience with network projects
